mempunyai tabiat malas bersenam?


Tidak mempunyai masa untuk bersenam atau melakukan aktiviti riadah? Perlukan cara yang senang, mudah dan berkesan bagi menggantikan senaman? Cuma minum segelas, and u can detox ur body. Only 1 drink, the result same as u had exercise 20minit!  Sekurang2 nya sejam untuk bersenam/riadah unutk sehari. 3 gelas= ijam exercise)

happy bithday to my second blog. the previous one mostly about random thing. and i decided to make another blog just about health. 100% nutrisi and most important, everything that i know about healthy, food lifestyle and many tips for weight management i will share it here!.

dalam blog yang ke2 ini mungkin saya akan berusaha untuk lebih formal dan santai. insyaAllah. saya akan berkongsi segala tips2, maklumat dan macam2 lagi mengenai lose weight!
